A dedicated on-site host will be with your group throughout the entire gathering. They're there to make sure everything runs smoothly, answer questions, and take care of anything that comes up, and will step back when not needed. You'll know they're there when you need them and forget about them when you don't.

When you book Riverstone, the building is exclusively yours for the duration of your gathering. No shared lobbies, no strangers in the hallway, no working around someone else's schedule. The building and its spaces are yours alone. The broader island grounds are yours to enjoy freely as well, though on occasion other groups may be using separate areas of the property. If you'd prefer guaranteed exclusive use of the full island, that option's available at a corresponding rate. Just let's know when you inquire.

INSIDE & OUTSIDE, BOTH

Your group is never stuck in one room. The flow between indoor sessions and outdoor breaks is intentional and easy. Step outside between sessions, take a walk on the trail, gather at the fire pit before dinner, and come back in when you're ready. The island is part of the experience.

Riverstone is a professional gathering space set within a special piece of property. We ask that all groups treat the space, the grounds, and the island with the same care we put into maintaining it.

318 in the main gathering space for a general session. Smaller configurations are available for more intimate gatherings. Breakout sections and upstairs rooms allow portions of your group to work separately at the same time. If you're not sure whether your group size is a fit, reach out and we can walk through the options with you.
Every booking includes exclusive use of the Riverstone building and grounds for the duration of your gathering, on-site host support, full and partial a/v options, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, flexible seating and layout configurations, and access to the island's outdoor areas including the hiking trail and outdoor gathering spaces.
Groups are welcome to arrange catering through an external provider of their choice and enjoy meals on the island. The picnic pavilion, outdoor gathering areas, and the Riverstone building itself all work well for group meals. Not sure where to start? We're happy to share our list of preferred local caterers and vendors so you're not figuring it out from scratch.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

Riverstone is fully climate-controlled and all sessions can take place entirely indoors without losing any functionality. Outdoor components can be adjusted or moved inside as needed, and your host will communicate with your group in advance if conditions warrant a change of plan. Rain is rarely a reason to reschedule.
On-site parking is accessible. If you or a member of your group has specific accessibility needs, please reach out before booking and we'll do everything we can to ensure a comfortable experience.
The Riverstone building is exclusively yours during your booking, no other groups, no shared spaces, no interruptions. The broader island grounds are yours to enjoy freely, though on occasion there may be other groups using separate areas of the property. For groups who want guaranteed exclusive use of the full island, that option's available. Just ask when you inquire.
Riverstone is built for professional and community gatherings: corporate retreats, strategy sessions, team development, training events, nonprofit gatherings, fundraisers, milestone celebrations, and similar occasions. We welcome all kinds of groups who want a meaningful, well-hosted experience on the island. Weddings are the one exception. Riverstone isn't the right setting for them, and we want to be upfront about that rather than waste your time.
Alcohol is permitted on the property under the right conditions, including proper licensing, insurance, and a licensed bartender on site. If your event includes alcohol service, just let's know when you inquire and we'll walk you through what's required.
